What you need to know:
Your happiness is our top priority! If you make a purchase for a non discounted item & you are unhappy with the item you will have 7 days to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return. After we confirm your email you will then ship the item back to Gypsy Roots, once the item is received, we will check the item to ensure it has not be worn/used, etc, after this confirmation we will issue a refund to your account.
All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason. However, Gypsy Roots will allow you to post on our Facebook page to try to resell the item to another customer.
